19th December Update: following London moving to Tier 4 restrictions Clipsters will only be open for grooming where a dog’s welfare is an issue. If you’re unsure whether it is appropriate to groom your dog during this time, please get in touch or see our update here. Otherwise we will be happy to discuss booking an appointment in the new year.
In line with government and CFSG advice, Clipsters are reopening after the November lockdown. We will have precautions in place in order to ensure the safety of our customers and dogs. From Wednesday 2nd December we will be booking appointments for all grooming services.
To stay as safe as possible, Clipsters will…
Deal with only one dog at a time and only three dogs per day, in order to allow time between appointments for a thorough clean.
Cleaning all surfaces and equipment thoroughly between grooms.
Only accepting appointments from households that have been illness free for over 14 days.
Clipsters are following CFSG advice on handing over pets so that social distancing is maintained.
Clipsters’ groomer Charlotte will wear face protection and gloves during any contact with customers.
Payment by card or bank transfer is strongly encouraged.
The safety and wellbeing of our customers (human and canine) is our priority. We won’t take any unnecessary risks. We also know that good, professional grooming is a key part of a dog’s health and we want to help you take the best care possible of your best friend. If you have any questions about Clipsters and how we’re working to stay safe, please get in touch.
Thanks to all our customers and those that have shown us their support over the last few weeks. Stay safe everybody.
