Since the easing of lockdown, Clipsters have been inundated with lots of brilliant, but quite hairy, special friends. And with so many new special friends out there over the last 12 months, it’s become a bit tricky for us to keep up.

Firstly, a HUGE thank you to all of our customers, and especially those kind enough to recommend us to others, both in person and online, as well as those that have left us Google reviews. I really do appreciate it and it’s lovely to have so many people trust me with their dogs.
The trouble is, there are only so many hours in the day and I’m having to tell customers I just can’t take them on right now. I really hate turning people away, but the dogs have to come first. I don’t want to let anyone down by trying to fit too many into a single day, and I don’t want to rush working with a dog.
Part of Clipsters’ philosophy is to take as much time as possible with a dog – to make sure it’s comfortable, stress-free and my only focus. Especially with nervous and rescue dogs and puppies having their first grooms.
I’m obviously really happy and grateful that Clipsters has been so successful, and I don’t take any of it for granted. I hope any prospective customers understand that I can only do so much and still be able to offer the sort of service and support I want to. I’m sorry for any disappointment having to wait for a new customer space causes. I wish I could see every terrier, hound and spaniel, but it’s just impossible and not fair to other customers who have supported me from the start. So please understand if I have to say I just can’t fit you in right now.
Customers’ circumstances change, such as established customers moving to a different area too far away from Walthamstow to travel to us. With that in mind, Clipsters is operating a waiting list. Please just email me your name and number, and your dog’s name, breed and age. I know you might need to see a groomer sooner than I can accommodate, but I will let you know when a space opens up.
Thanks again,
Charlotte @ Clipsters
